Senokot tablets

Senokot 7.5mg Tablets 12 Years Plus contain Senna/Sennosides, which act as stimulant laxatives to provide short-term relief from occasional constipation. The active ingredient is calcium sennosides.
Constipation is a common and uncomfortable condition characterized by difficult or irregular bowel movements, often with hard and dry stool that can be painful to pass. It’s important to note that laxatives like Senokot do not aid in weight loss. Their primary function is to alleviate constipation by promoting bowel movements

Warnings:
Do not take this product if you:

• are allergic to any of the ingredients
• have bowel or stomach problems
• are pregnant or breast-feeding
• have a kidney or heart condition
• are under 18 years of age, unless advised by a medical professional

Cautions:-

• If laxatives are required daily or if you have persistent abdominal pain or change of bowel habits consult your doctor. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition are taking any other medication or complementary therapy or if symptoms persist
• Seek advice before using if you are planning to become pregnant,  breastfeeding or suffer from allergies
  Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children

How to use:
For oral use. Adults and the elderly: swallow 1-2 tablets at night. Should not be used in children or adolescents under the age of 18 years.

Ingredients:
Active ingredient: Each tablet contains powdered Alexandrian Senna fruit (pods) (cassia senna L. (C. acutifolia Delile)), and Tinnevelly Senna fruit (pods) (Cassia angustifolia Vahl) equivalent to 7.5mg hydroxyahthracene glycosides, calculated as sennoside B.
